Gavia Travel works as ground agent for foreign Travel Agencies taking care of everything for the group after it lands in Iceland until it leaves again.

How It Works (in 9 simple steps:) :

1. Travel Agency's spokesperson contacts Gavia Travel's team through email at info [ at ] gaviatravel. com

2. Spokes Person for the Travel Agency describes what kind of Nature- and wildlife experience the agency wants to make (or you you can have the Gavia Team help you with it :)

3. Gavia Travel makes an itinerary proposal for the Travel Agency

4. After customizing the proposal and fine tuning it to the Travel Agency's needs the Travel Agency recieves a price per participant.

5. Travel Agency then receives the complete tour with the itinerary along with photographs if needed for marketing

6. Travel Agency sells the spots with their commission of choice

7. Gavia Travel's team makes all necessary arrangements in Iceland including booking accomodations, transportations and assigning one of our local guides if needed 

8. The group arrives to Iceland to be picked up on the airport and taken care of the whole time it is staying here in Iceland

9. The group leaves Iceland and Gavia Travel and Travel Agency start working on our next tour to Iceland together :)
