1. Photographer or photographer's spokesperson contacts Gavia Travel's team through email at info [ at ] gaviatravel. com

2. Photographer describes what kind of workshop he is looking for and how he would like to execute it

3. Gavia Travel makes a proposal itinerary for the Photographer

4. After customizing the proposal and fine-tuning it to the workshop's needs, the price per participant is calculated

5. Photographer then receives the complete workshop schedule, along with itinerary, including publicity photographs if needed for marketing

6. Photographer sells the spots with his added commission

7. Gavia Travel's team makes all necessary bookin arrangements in Iceland, including accomodations, transportations and assigning one of our local guides if needed 

8. The group arrives in Iceland, to be picked up at the Keflavik International airport, and is taken care of during its whole stay in Iceland

9. The group leaves Iceland and Gavia Travel and Photographer start working together on his next workshop in Iceland!
